  2. App keeps crashing

    Yahoo mail app keeps crashing on my Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra, app updated on 21 Feb 2024. I have restarted phone and cleared cashe, doesn't fix issue. Phone states that app has bugs and to update app after you fix the bugs with the app!!

  7. How about adding an "Empty Trash" & "Empty Spam" button

    An Empty button for spam and trash is not just an idea. Yahoo is the only email server who doesn't offer this. You used to include that function. What genius decided to eliminate what is for many years, been considered an industry standard. Please consider this as a fundamental part of email servers. It is a standard included with all of your competitors email servers. It would be a smart business move. I'm fairly certain many people are, as I am, setting up my email for my contacts to know my New email address as I do not have time…

  8. Filters on iPad

    Okay, I have an iPad and iPhone nothing else. I was told that filters don’t work on it he app have to use a desktop. I downloaded the chrome app and typed in the yahoo mail in address bar, clicked request desktop version, and guess what……nothing happened, still can’t get to find filters. I have a feeling that I’m not getting all my emails back from recipients and I can’t check to see if there is a filter that I don’t know about. This is totally frustrating and unacceptable.

  13. App won't open

    I've been happily using the app for a couple of years, it's been fine. Suddenly it won't open. I've done all the obvious stuff (restart, clear cache, delete data, reinstall). And it still won't open.

    Why not? How do I fix it?

    Dear Yahoo Support Team,

    I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I have been experiencing with my Yahoo email account in receiving confirmation emails from Instagram.
