  1. Yahoo Pro does not like to be paid

    I have the same payment problems as described below. My bank card ran out of funds and for a while payment was denied. A month back, after fixing the card is Yahoo the one who can't process the payment.

    I tried all the International Yahoo links you give below, subscriptions, editing, deleting, and entering new cards but no success.

    So basically, I have to become a member to access a person who can help fix this, REALLY? So, even for former PRO members you cannot let us send an email to your accounting department, a simple email to notify WE…

  6. improve payment management and respect old customers

    I was a paying customer since 20 years. "Yahoo pro" if it is the name. I was recently put on degraded service without warning. Automat drops my attempts to pay using a valable Mastercard, saying something is unpaid. What's up with your robotic management ?
