  4. menu at top of message window keeps disappearing

    Why does the menu at the top of the message window keep disappearing? The forward, reply, move, delete, etc just vanishes at random intervals. I have to reload mail to get it back.

  5. Themes are limited and ugly. Add some variety and color.

  9. Having your software work. Emails in the trash just disappear without notice and the solution that Yahoo suggest doesn't work.

    Fix your product. It is like Fred Flintstone was the lead developer for your mail. Yahoo should give up being a technological leader and devote their time and resources to increasing the already never ending stories that are about gay people

  11. Have Customer Service actually 'READ' this file!!!

    You say you want feedback...BUT YOU DON'T PAY ANY ATTENTION TO IT ...DO YOU? If you did, you would know your member base does not want changes to the mail screens...just like the last time you made those stupid changes, and the time before that, and the time before that!!!
    Your feedback continues to cuss you out, and you completely ignore it.

    Again, the change over lost many of my emails...thanks a bunch! IF YOU MUST FIND SOMETHING FOR THE PROGRAMMERS TO CHANGE, CHANGE THE 'FRONT PAGE', NO ONE READS THAT ANYWAY!

  12. Colors

    More color themes. In the previous version I was able to choose pink which doesn't appear now. Would be helpful to have more color choices rather than just these select few.

  17. can't access my old yahoo account

    is there any other option to access my old yahoo id because i was trying to open it but all the recovery number and alternate email that was put there is no longer accessible please help me i need to open that account all of my important documents was store there thanks
