How can we improve Yahoo Mail?

I'm disappointed you deleted my entire email box just because I hadn't logged in for 1 year. I didn't receive any notification at all.

I lost all of my emails. It was an account I used to store things from a cheating husband so I didn't get into it much and now it's all gone. How disappointing

    All my inbox items are gone when I haven't accessed it more than a year. What happened? How can I retrieve all those files and messages.
