Don't reduce the text size I selected.
Many of my contacts (and I) need a larger text size than what Yahoo is delivering. Even when I enlarge the text size in my outgoing message, as a courtesy to my contacts, it arrives TINY. Why do you shrink it? And could you please STOP shrinking it?

SPAM that certainly is NOT SPAM
Emails from my daughter who has the same last name as I are being treated as SPAM. Also others are sometimes treated as SPAM and on other occasions are not treated as SPAM. If this continues I will switch back to my gmail account.

Having problems downloading
In mail I can download one attachment. I have to close and reopen page to download another attachment. WHY! can this be adjusted?

Blocking just un email adresse is good for nothing. We receive 100 emails from 100 different adresses but the same domain.

The new year - 2020 - isn't showing up in my inbox
I continue to get new emails, created this year, month, week, even this day. But because this year -- 2020 -- does not yet appear as a separate "category" of incoming mail, all new mail gets lumped in with any mail that happens to be in my inbox. This does not appear to be a user-controlled feature; i.e., I can't fix this. Can you? Thanks.

Yahoo mail is painfully slow. Gmail and other apps work fine. This one is at a completely crawl.

To keep my old emails, if now they are gone, I have no reason to put up with your lacky ways and unprofessional manner of manage our emails. Emails not coming through to force me to buy a Pro account?!?!?!
not even a week after you start to promote a pro account and now my emails come in whenever they want. I have a personal and business account and it sometimes takes hours for them to send to each other. Forget being able to get any verification codes. Yes, I have a great internet connection and speed, and besides it is on my phone app as well. I was seriously considering the pro account for more space and features but ***** off if you think you can force me!!!

Redesign Filter List and Function
1) Make filter list more user friendly to edit by adding a sort function (alphabetically by name, "contains" field, etc.).
2) Allow multiple filters to be selected to delete at the same time.
3) Make the delete button accessible at all times instead of having to scroll to see it.
4) Auto-generate a message when the same "contains" field is used to allow editing to eliminate redundancies.I notice I have multiple filters set for the same "contains" field. Trying to edit these is a nightmare with hundreds of filters and a deplorable UI for the filters list.
