Blocking - Remove ‘Answer’ button
If a user is blocked by the person asking a question then remove the Answer button for that/those users.
(It was that way years ago. )
What a waste of time to compose an answer only to not be able to post it!
Since Anonymous questions and the current mobile format do not allow us to see the asker’s ID this would be helpful.
This feature has been implemented. Blocked users will now see the Answer button disabled.
Thank you for your feedback.

Yes, this is SO annoying. I spend the time to answer the question and the coward has people with previous opposing views blocked. It's wasted so much time. PLEASE fix this. And please fix it on the screen that shows all the questions with an answer block below each, that's where I (try to) answer questions most of the time.
please put your votes in the existing suggestion

It is really tiresome, having written a thoughtful and informative reply, only to discover after clicking on "Sumbit" that the question doesn't get posted as a result of an anonymous blocking troll.
Please put up a notice that says something like: "You cannot reply to this question."

Totally agree.........it seems every other user is posting anonymous these days, and I appear to be blocked by **** near all of them, as most are repeat offender, Multi-account TROLLS.
I waste all this time attempting to answer......only to have my answer not post, yet again, because I am blocked. If you remove anonymous, I could see who they are, and know instantly who has me blocked or not. Or just make it, so you can't answer people who have you blocked.

Agreed. I've run into this for Anon users and those not posting Anon. Type an answer, hit Submit, and it just disappears (doesn't post). Very frustrating. We should not see the option to "Answer" if we are blocked by a user, even if that user is using the Anonymous feature.
