I got my question removed and under review even though it violated no community guidelines whatsoever. It would be nice to get an email with why our question was taken down, what question it was, and have the ability to respond if you think it was unjustified.

The elimination of this information discourages the participation of users

When you select a category, the Discover tab is before Answer, and Discover is selected by default. But neither should be true.
1. Answer is alphabetically before Discover and should come 1st.
2. Having Discover tab first is irritating to those providing many answers!

I have changed my home page because you dropped the comments on yours. I am now sending your advertisers that I have left your home page for the reason and they might want to stop advertising on your site. I haven't changed my email address yet, but if you don't bring back the comments I will change that as well. Is this because the comments show how left leaning your site is?

Notifications have been broken for nearly a week now. Is this going to be fixed? This is a Win10 system and logout and reboot don't help. Fails with Firefox, Opera and Edge. Email notifications used to be an alternative, but those have been gone longer.

Giving points for answers just encourages trolls who give one sentence worthless answers to every question.

Comments are part and parcel of the Yahoo Answers experience.
The ability to retort a posters comment makes everything more enjoyable.
Anonymous Coward posts are usually Poes, Trolls or bigots. They are the ones doing damage to YA not the comment on comments section.

Can you remove my information from search engine. The information that is posted in very offensive stating I was in jail and not true. I believe this to be very hurtful. I believe exposing information on me was an intent to be harmful. Please remove Tanya Shelliah Jackson/Tanya S. Jackson from your search engine, people are committing suicide from things such as this. I appreciate your kindness to this matter. Thank you.

There are reccurrent, reported posts from those who insult and harass one advisor, Pearl L. She is incapable of defending herself, though she tries. Those who post ,repeatedly, hurtful, insulting comments, usually fictitious, who should be barred from all future postings. As far as I can determine, nothing is ever done. Further, you should be prescreening and even training advisors. If you want to hear more, I'd be glad to discuss. S. Sarnoff, MSW, Ph.d.

Bring back comments.

In my blocked list there are some users whose accounts are inactive, and i cannot remove them from there, as the [Unblock] button has disappeared.

In this case if a user's account is deleted for some reason, then his account should be automatically removed from the lists of active users - in following/followers/blocked.

Or at least add a [Clean] button, to do that manually in your profile - to remove all inactive accounts from these lists - Following/Followers/Blocked.
