There are too many trolls who voluntarily post questions about inappropriate sections.

I disagree with this one. All too often questions not liked by a user are moved to some obscure destination where they can never be answered. Questions in the wrong category are just part of the service. Don't go for key words either. In R&S, users are fond on placing "Spiritually speaking" in front of a question like "does my car need an oil change?"

No it was abused, I am level 7 & other L7s would continually move my questions, way too frustrating & time consuming moving my own question back to where I posted it, over & over again.

That isn't the complete answer to the problem of trolls deliberately moving questions to an inappropriate cataegory to troll because they often move them back to the wrong category. But it would help. Reporting these trolls seems ineffective.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!!!!!!!!! The feature was HORRIBLY abused and used to stalk and harrass the living **** out of some users. If you ever decide to bring it back........give the power to users with OVER 500,000 pts , at least. That prevents the PUNKS and TROLLS who can EASILY reach level 7 with point gaming, from abusing the feature again. And THEN if someone abuses it, they lose half a MILLION points. That will fix the problem

No, please no more. Users abused it a lot.

YES. Many times questions are posted into the wrong category, usually by people new to the system.
Level 7 would be a good group to correct errors and help them get the answers they need.
absolutely not that is a terrible idea the question moving was insane and wasted so much time you can deal with a few questions in sections you deem inappropriate don't ruin this for the rest of us. You babies complaining when the feature has only been gone a few months

There definitely should be some better criteria for awarding the ability to relocate questions (just just points total) so that some, trustworthy users can do it. Anyone caught abusing the ability should lose it. Currently there is question moving going on on the site (no doubt someone with coding ability) and various violations are often dumped in the Yahoo Answers subcategory, in hopes they'll be reported enough to be removed. That's the same type of abuse of the question moving feature that got it taken away from Level 7s to begin with.
