  1. Sync the Yahoo Android app with the new Windows 10 online email app

    I use the Yahoo email app on my Android cell phone. I use Yahoo email from Google Chrome on my laptop. The inbox for the two is not the same. I have email on my laptop that does not show up in my cell phone and vice versa. If both of the email inboxes are Yahoo, why is my email not exactly the same? It was the same prior to my switching to the "new and improved" email through Google Chrome. Please let me know what is going on. Thank you! Britt Franklin, Columbia, MD

  4. Someone linked *********** to my email or something. How do I avoid that kind of thing?

    Apparently someone sent an email from my address with a malicious link. I'm not really sure what it was but the recipient said it was ***********. Is there any way I can avoid that? I was on a public computer so maybe that's the case

  5. Fix Errors

    1. Every so often the whole page go to "Server Connection Closed" and then I have to begin from scratch - fix this!!

    2. When I send an e-mail and directly afterwards want to delete any other email or even put that one in a folder, the sent one opens - fix!!!

  6. recent problems with Yahoo email

    Make it so it works again! I have templates in Excel and Word which I used to be able to simply copy and paste on to my emails. I know that I can do attachments, but that will not work for the people I am working with. When I paste them, the formatting changes. The version on my cell phone does not work well either! I used to be able to quickly go from one email to the next and anything that was not important...I could quickly touch it or delete it and move on. Now I have to directly…

  7. NO INTERNET CONNECTION

    Often I get the No internet connection message. Especially on outgoing mail. Is there a way to fix it? Using Firefox browser.

  9. classic html version

    I still use the basic html version of Yahoo email from a couple of my PCs running Windows XP that can't run a browser new enough to run a newer version, and usually on my others too.

    1. Don't know when this error began, been a few weeks since I checked my email, but when viewing an email the up/down arrows to go to previous/next email are grayed out, which might make sense for some reason for a few moments, but they stay grayed out and unusable. Pretty tough to check my backlog of unread emails since I have to go…

  10. locking up

    Seems that going to the spam folder on webmail locks up the 2nd time it's opened (or after a while...not sure which). This has happened on both the Brave browser and Firefox. Started a few weeks ago.

    Fix your ********* mobile app it is completely useless. I can't read a damned message because your app is constantly refreshing so you can ******* keep your place. Your team is an inept failure.
