  2. Keep or Set a default sort order!

    The default sort by age should be from oldest to newest. It doesn't stay set when you change folders and will often reset in the same session. It is a pain to set it back after changing folders or deleting an email.

  7. Delete contacts on incoming e-mails

    How do you delete the contacts on a received e-mail before forwarding it on? There must be a logical way to delete them. Since AT&T merged with YAHOO things have been gradually getting worse and worse.

  8. When is OATH / Yahoo getting serious... We can migrate to other servers!

    Ever since forming "OATH"... We start having problems...
    Some "SCHMART" guy decided that WE don't know what is good for us and decided to change "things" to prove to his superiors that he's active!
    For over two months, when sending an e-mail I'm getting a duplicate AND one sent to... ME, for a total of 3 emails!
    What the Heck is going on?!? Just DO something!
    My data consumption is increased by 300% !!!
    Do I have to migrate to gmail or outlook... I WILL!

  10. Desktop version does NOT work.

    Both the "new" and "basic" views are extremely glitchy (I imagine someone with epilepsy would have difficulties operating.) The screen keeps flashing and resizing. It is ridiculous that I cannot view individual threads in the "new" view. Sometimes I need to forward partial emails containing confidential information and would like to know exactly what I am sending. This problem has been happening for over a year. I am just now getting another laptop (ie using the desktop webpage) and these issues are still present.

  12. do your work

    you guys make it so hard for us with dumb request on recovering id's or changing passwords. For starters, i am try to get my old e-mail address but forgot my password, your reply we've sent you a code to your e-mail account for change of password. Now how am i suppose to get that code if i can't get into my e-mail. can't recover my old email address cause i do have access to the old phones i had in the pass. can't receive codes that way also. but your reply is go back to sign in to email…

    I have over 4,000 contacts. When using Export option, this limits me to only see 1,000 as an Excel CSV
