All Emails Gone, Empty Inbox!! 16 Years Old Account
My 16 years old email account is empty and set as new!! What kind of policy is this? It's not possible that I didn't logged in for 365 days. Serious mistake here. Please check and help me restore my account ASAP.

How could you chose to delete all emails without warning users. There are so many important files and email conversations stored.
When there is secondary email ID registered, you should have sent a warning intimation.
Very unprofessional and unethical way of working.

Retrieving in box deleted e-mails, second request!!!
Checking e-mails on January 2, when all disappeared. Customer care said they would try and get them back. Not heard a word since, and no e-mails! Can someone let me know what is going on. Desktop version does NOT work.
Both the "new" and "basic" views are extremely glitchy (I imagine someone with epilepsy would have difficulties operating.) The screen keeps flashing and resizing. It is ridiculous that I cannot view individual threads in the "new" view. Sometimes I need to forward partial emails containing confidential information and would like to know exactly what I am sending. This problem has been happening for over a year. I am just now getting another laptop (ie using the desktop webpage) and these issues are still present.
