  3. Fix your cell number entry box.

    System fix needed!
    I have tried to enter my cell number so I can get the security code sent to me. However, each time I try to do so your system keeps adding a . (dot) where the hyphens would normally be placed, resulting in a 12-digit “cell” number. Then it will not advance and no code can be sent to me.

  7. So, are we now holding all notifications until late at night, and then dumping them into my email?

    I thought the whole idea behind notifications was so we could engage in conversation with our fellow posters. Not getting notifications until after I go to bed rather defeats the purpose, don't you think? Let me guess, the infrastructure in place for handling comments/notifications can't handle the load? That doesn't surprise me at all.

  9. New Yahoo email software

     I keep getting login redirect links when I try to sign in, and I need to change my password almost every time. New software might help for what I was told was free email after having an account internet service for many years back home.

  11. Stop kicking off Outlook email interface, even when all parameters are correct!

    I have checked all of my settings in Outlook for an imap interface between my.yahoo email and ATT.net. It still doesn't work!

  16. Better immediate free support!

    I pay a high price for my Yahoo account, particularly considering the level of expense over previous years. At the moment my account is not functioning—and I want to report this, and do something proactive to fix it. I do not appreciate being asked to pay for this. If the Yahoo service is not operating, YOU should take my report and fix it.

  17. Better Customer Support is Critically Needed

    First, it would be nice - if at all possible - for those with old sbcglobal.net email addresses to be given yahoo.com addresses. Second, the only account security setting that I can change is my password. Why is there no two-factor security option? Since February, my account has been hacked and I can't reach anyone to help me fix it. The spam has slowed down recently, but I don't stay signed in for two weeks even when requested, and my password is being changed by someone else every few days. I am now tracking the dates I have to create…

  18. Frustrating

    I constantly have to re-sign in when replying to a comment. Then I have to find the comment again. When I get to it, I am asked to sign in again. It's circular and won't let me actually sign in to reply. This never happened before the period when you banned posting. As I clicked the POST IDEA link on this, its asking me to sign in again! YIKES!!!
