  1. Redirecting old Yahoo emails

    Since the merge all old Yahoo usernames (no matter what email used) are automatically "redirected" and "passthrough" to an ATT profile overview page. New accounts only go to the Yahoo account profile page. Last month it did stop redirecting but now back doing it. So there is a way. Please have tech specialists look into this as many people are experiencing the same issue. Seems like it can be done. Yahoo says you need to contact ATT. ATT says Yahoo.

  6. impossible to enter due to yahoo marketing campaign

    It has been impossible for days to enter my email, I have been using it since 1999, and now when I enter it always takes me to the Yahoo plus subscription page without being able to access my email from a laptop. It is unfortunate that they free that income for a commercial issue with a client who has always defended this email for more than 25 years. what solution do you give me?

  9. Make ALL your communications "consistent" in language when making referrals to your website links.

    When you refer someone to go to their yahoo account profile, then you should show a "profile" link. NOWHERE in my account do I see such a link. You need to be consistent with your communication and language.

  16. When trying to login on a mobile phone app why can you just not scan a QR code?

    I have just tried to login to my Yahoo account on my new phone and to prove that I'm not a robot I have to identify an object in 9 pictures some of which are difficult to see because of the size, surely a QR code would be more efficient way for people to login.

  20. Yahoo Mail Login

    Anyone using my home desktop is able to view my e-mails, without signing in with password. There is no privacy. There is no problem in re-entering my name and password every time I access mail. When signing in, we need a notification telling us when the last sign in/off took place.
