  3. Language set not reflecting on Terms and Privacy

    I set my language to English, but I’m getting pop-up message in different languages asking me to accept. It looks like a new Terms and Conditions, but how would I know what am I accepting if I don’t understand them.

  4. Extensive customer support

    Yahoo should have an exclusive customer support mailbox.
    Recently I faced a very bad experience and lost my old Yahoo account during mobile handset switch over. Can't receive my mailbox and ultimately has to open a new account.
    In such situations if customer care mail id is available that will be easy to contact Yahoo.

  5. Yahoo security is dubious at best

    I do not trust Yahoo security I've had thousands of break-ins over the past 3 months and Yahoo doesn't care they didn't ask for valid driver's license they just take bribes.

  7. My Yahoo page will not open correctly in Firefox.

    There isn't any way to log out other than closing the browser. There is not an icon to click on to log out of the My Yahoo page. The top tool bar only contains a link to the mail page. Even repeated refreshing will not cause it to load correctly. this has been going on for several weeks!!!

  14. Can read articles and comment. Can't reply to previous interactions

    I open page, I'm logged in, I can read and comment on posts. If I go to notifications and try to respond to a previous interaction it asks me to log in and won't let me log in.

    Terminate accounts that repeatedly violate Yahoo’s own guidance on sexually explicit content. I have been stalked by a man threatening to violently **** my two-year-old boy, and bragging that he had already raped my child. I have reported multiple, disgusting comments. Yahoo does nothing. That tells me that Yahoo approves of men raping male babies.

  17. Got an email from yahoo claiming there had been spam emails sent from my yahoo account? I sure didn't do this and have no reason to.

    Be able to email yahoo directly to complain about someone hacking into my yahoo email account, that I've had for over 15 years with no problems whatsoever, and using my email to send spam emails, something I don't know how to do and have no reason to do.
