I don't like the way you changed my email account w/ yahoo.

I don't like the way you changed my email account. Now I cannot look up someone's address, phone, etc. that I once had.

    I want the old mail back!! I can not find contacts. Put back in alphabetical order. I set up ,y names so I could fnd groups. Now I can not find anything. I am ready to stop my annual subscription and go to gmail. YOu suck!!!!

    The constant PIA adblocker notice popping up every time a try to open an email is so annoying. It should be enough for me to say no ONCE. I will not turn off my adblocker for Yahoo. I'd rather just take the trouble to get an email address elsewhere.

    Your email has gone bonkers. When I try to bcc it used to be sorted by name. Now it's kinda like sorted by email. WHY? You try again and its mixed up and I cannot keep track. PLEASE leave it where my BCC contacts are sorted ONLY by NAME. Thank you. Awaiting an urgent fix.

    FIX HOROSCOPE OR TAKE IT OFF. WHEN YOU CLICK N IT--IT GOES BACK TO THE HOMEPAGE---AGAIN,AGAIN,AGAIN, ETC. NOTHING FOR HOROSCOPE.

    Yahoo should partner with Apple and other mobile phone carriers to give everyone a better experience. Yahoo is a bad experience.

    your E-Mail now is the worst I have ever seen. I have had my e-mail with you since 2000. Now I can't delete one email at a time, cannot reply to sender, NONE of the controls work in the email screen. GREAT JOB if you want to go out of the email business!!!

    Stop harassing me by not letting me open some of my emails and now you're making validate who I am before I can log in. I don't know what I did to you. I unblock my adblocker's because I know that you throw a fit and contact my provider with false stories about me downloading copyright material and getting my email blocked. So please stop harrassing me before I change my email.

    Forget it. I have spent the better part of the last 3 days trying to recover my yahoo email password only to be told by 5-6 people there is nothing they can do unless I can give them the name of a file I created in INbox or the last two emails I made and got a response to AND the exact subject matter Since I cannot get into my emails this is impossible and that is the excuse they are using to deny me access to an account I have had for 15+ years. The phone number I have had for 20 years does not match up with the one on file. My profile is still up but when I try to sign out it will not let me because I am not verified. But I cannot go to my email even though I am apparently signed in. How does that work? I do not expect an answer or to ever see my old emails again because I feel they really really do not care.

    Attaching files ??? Used to be easy, now I get messages, cloud, dropbox whatever. My time is precious and this is not direct anymore. Also, update the stationery--where was something for Memorial Day? I had to go to clip are in Word. I am 80 yrs. old and I do not have to spend my precious time to go from point A to B in a roundabout way. Make it simple as it was before.

    Fix your account selection process so the account select is the account that the email comes up for.
