I am getting ready to discontinue all bill payment and call comcast to replace ATT as my provider of mail, internet services and TV because after dozens of hours on the telephone with ATT they cannot fix the spam filter on my ATT currently yahoo mail. Your system is putting valid emails from friends and family in the Spam Box which passes to a Mac Mail application as Junk Mail. This problem persists even though I was told if I got on line and moved incorrectly delivered to Spam Box mail back to the inbox it would "learn and correct" the problem. After six months of doing this, I am fed up with it. That "learning" is NOT happening. The Yahoo routine is faulty and there is no obtaining help from Yahoo. Your operators have given me six differnt bogus toll free numbers for Yahoo, none of which work.

If you don't want to loose your $350.00/month charges you had **** well better call me or email me and solve this problem by having a person from the United States who is responsible and who speaks English well enough to solve the issue correctly. Empty your spam filter. If you have accidentally sent a friend to spam, it will send that friend to spam.
Find emails that are not spam in the spam bin and click NOT SPAM to restore them to legitimacy.
