Wireless Number
I have provided an alternative email address to which you can send information. Why do you stubbornly insist on me entering a wireless number that I don't have? You are making my time on the internet difficult and annoying. Do you think that you have a captive audience that you can abuse without repercussions?
Hi there,
Could you please message us on Twitter at @YahooCare or on Facebook at Yahoo Customer Care? We'd like to look more into the issue you're experiencing. In case you do not have a social media account, we are also available at: help.yahoo.com
Looking forward to your reply!
Thank you,
Yahoo team

I received an email to "message" you at "help.yahoo.com" (above). When I go to the page there is no link or tab for direct communication other than a paid subscription for solving a problem that you have created. Surely you don't expect me to pay to fix a problem you made! The page also has some links to 'FAQs;' however, their links don't work because when I attempt to go to Account Security, I'm logged out automatically, and after signing in, asked for a wireless number that I don't have. I hit the back arrow and am sent to the home page instead of my Account Security. Basically, every time I change Yahoo websites, I'm logged out automatically and asked to log back in. I have previously provided an alternate email address and you should be asking for that instead of a wireless number! There is a reason that I left AT&T for my land line and internet connection. Yahoo is now following in their footsteps with the service provided for the various Yahoo websites. Way to go, Team!
