Better immediate free support!
I pay a high price for my Yahoo account, particularly considering the level of expense over previous years. At the moment my account is not functioning—and I want to report this, and do something proactive to fix it. I do not appreciate being asked to pay for this. If the Yahoo service is not operating, YOU should take my report and fix it.

If Yahoo were a free service, I would understand paying for tech support. However I PAY FOR THIS SERVICE. Very disappointing!
