Currently, an attempt to go to Settings/Security results in an infinite login loop getting you back to the same place!

The ATT Yahoo Windows Mail client stopped working: "Needs a FIX"
Looks like it now needs a secure password, but it's impossible to get without going to Settings/Security.
Stopping service is BAD enough on it's own, directing users to non-functioning 'solution' is much worse.
