My email server often blocks 2-factor authentication emails, thinking they are spam. Don't know sender address. Can't add to contacts.

Your helpdesk could not fix problem with 2 step verification id/selfie would not work. Was told that there was nothing the could do.
Need alternate ways to do 2 step verification. Phone was unavailable for texts was told that I was out of luck.
