    I once heard a weather/traffic reporter say "This road will be permanently closed for the next two weeks"!!!! Her PC, imbecilic bosses actually allowed her to repeat it the next day and look even dumber!

  9. Open a dictionary!

    We educate people in this country so we can communicate with each other using something called language. You are a shining example of our failures. Permanent and temporary, contrary to some people's beliefs, DO NOT MEAN THE SAME THING! Comment have been permanently eliminated and I believe the reason is right-wing intimidation. If I'm incorrect you can correct me and state your intentions to the thousands and thousands of users who want to express themselves (1st amendment to the Constitution).
    If you feel people have gone too far(?) you should state so more clearly and in a place more accessible…
