New version filled with bugs during HIGH UNEMPLOYMENT
Instead of improving performance, forcing people to PAY for a version without ads in the midst of a global pandemic with over 30 million people unemployed doesn't make sense!! 1) Why does the CC/BCC show up with EVERY reply? 2) Why do messages selected for deletion REMAIN after deleting? 3) Why does the UI change back and forth from previous to new version continually? There's plenty more bugs too

Your design and support for basic mail is going to make me switch to another provider.
I get it, you want to maximize your profits!!!! Sears had the same business plan and in a few years they will be gone. Hope you decide to invest the time and effort to make your service the gold standard in internet communication.

New Mail is SLOOOOOOOOOOW AND STUPID
Stop dumb ideas intending to sell adds, and focus on the user experience. I found mysels less and less going on Yahoo.com, until realizing that the New Email was the cause, slowing down any PC even M2 flash drives ones! Went back to classic, less issues. Meanwhile of course, my gmail is my main account.

This white listing does not work. I have tried 5 times today to get my mail to work and your system "forgets" my password. How long have you been in the business? You must have a whole new crew to teach how to program, again.

II don't know what you have done to yahoo mail
My site keeps freezing, I can't delete or it just stops responding. I can't add users with the same phone number as I may want a "spam" folder for one thing and the inbox for another under different email addresses. I can't let guests use the site either. Basically, I am not happy with yahoo right now

adware
I constantly get switch adware off when I have it off on the mail page. Then the only option it gives me is to switch to basic mail. Very frustrating. If it isn't fixed soon, I will be leaving.
