Yahoo Mail is not functioning.
Haven't been able to get Yahoo Mail working for several months now, no matter what account, browser, or computer, i utilize, have to refresh like 100 times every time i get an email, Yahoo Mail is practically useless at this point because you can't access your emails when you need to.

Can't delete all from a search list/select all checks everything, then delete does nothing

my account seems to be hacked because all off a sudden specific emails in my archive is showing up as new emails is there a way to trace the culprit

I use waterfox and you claim its not supported and to download mozilla?... Agreed your new email sucks.... I write HTML and could do better!
Add Waterfox to your Mozilla specs instead of offering me another download!...I don't want to use your basic mail...Your not a safe company so why would I pay to use your email services you have compromised my passwords many times and my personal info...Now you want me to pay you to do it...lol...I think Microsoft

How about not making yahoo mail suck?
Completely impossible to switch back and forth between basic and pro. I just want to go back to email that works. I’m leaving for Gmail. You have the laziest gd programmers. I’ve followed every how to a dozen plus times. Used you guys for over 20 years. After removing comments for the election, I’m done with you.

Mail just disappeared from Yahoo inbox
I signed into my account and noticed that since the last sign in, ALL e-mail in my main inbox had disappeared. I'd been with Yahoo! for 21 years & even tho' I clear out a lot of mail, that's a LOT to disappear. I tried to make several requests for them to recover it, but got no response. There's no one to call, no way to tell them what went wrong, I basically just have to eat it. Don't ever use Yahoo! for anything important because you will have ZERO support or help if anything goes wrong.

I use to have quite a few emails. Now I have less than a 1/3. I see no instructions to import from other accounts.
As in the statement above, I also can not do it in any program that should help me. ex. calendar, Also with all the categories listed, I can do very little.

An old account
Hello. How I can get back my other old account, which backside e-mail address is not any more valid? I think when I started in Yahoo, that was my first account, nusuttaja64@yahoo.com, but later I changed my first e-mail and today I don't remember that olders pass word. There is a back side e-mail kjk-64@suomi24.fi, but suomi24 finished their e-mail service about 3 years ago and today that site is only for discusing and news. On my phone, my display initial comes up as "J". My name is Ron, so it should be "R". How do you change it???
