Quite forcing me to accept your ads by putting me in the diarreah basic email.
Go back to letting people have their email the way it was. You never contracted with me to insist I had to allow adds on my email. Now that I've had yahoo since 1983 you think you can force me to watch your ads.

Limiting basic mail features and holding the account ******* during a pandemic
Gotta hand it to Yahoo. Your timing is downright evil. Why choose a week into a pandemic to start limiting features to basic mail? You think I'm ******* now? No other options other than to pay for upgrading? I will remember your terrible attitude and customer service when I drop you for gmail. Or you could just give me my mail search features back.

apparently you arent listning to the posts already listed but i have no loyalty to online services you start fucking around and ill switch plain and simple plenty of other free email services out there that dont hold you inbox hostage so you buy an add free "experiance"

I really loved the previous version of Yahoo Mail.
There were many features that I loved in the previous version of Yahoo mail. My number 1 feature was the tabs so I could go back and forth between emails. My number 2 favorite was using the delete button to delete emails. My biggest gripe with the current Yahoo mail is there is so much button clicking. I often don't realize I didn't do an action because I must use the scroll menu, then hit apply. I expect better usability.
I have adblocker on my browser because the ads Yahoo displays are inappropriate. I'm not going to whitelist ads just…

During this time where everyone is being hit financially because of the COVID-19 pandemic, you strong-arm me about blocking ads and want to CHARGE me for blocking them or I get 'basic' email?
So be it! But, STOP making that stupid pop up thing happen EVERY TIME I access my email just to get me to pay for ad blocking or else, and I will quit using your email service.
This is just WRONG during a time where EVERYONE IS HURTING and you want to STRONG ARM people into paying extra or you'll demote our service???? HOW DARE YOU!

Just stop messing with your email formats. I like Yahoo mail for it's ease of navigation, but I will NOT be bullied into changing my preferences just because you want me to whitelist you in my ad blocker. Bullying is not the way to do this.

you keep trying to force me to pay for this average e-mail supplier; I will switch back to aol or g-mail. Knock off the whiting out of my e-mail page. I am not going to buy ad-free. Adblocker Complaint
I've just read three pages on your Yahoo Mail adblocker campaign and I haven't found a single one that says anything GOOD about it. Add my complaint to that list, for all the good it will do. You REALLY DON'T care about your customers, but maybe GMail will!!!! How to improve Yahoo Mail. The first step would be to get rid of this adblocker BS!!!!

Please stop doing these things to us! Yahoo has become a mean bully re: adblocker. We're a small non-profit, don't need this headache.
We just need email so we can do our job. Obviously all you care about is the almighty dollar and have no concern about little people like us who are struggling. Adblocker was installed to help us do our job more efficiently without distracting interruptions.

deleted emails
twice in a week I am looking at my emails and poof it starts deleting them all! What is going on? I had to send another request to restore. Last time it deleted all the way to October last year now it deleted back to May last year. This is unacceptable.
