Why can't I add the email for a new contact.
I tried to add the information for a new contact, and could only add the first and last name. It doesn't help not to be able to add the email account. I want to go back to the old Yahoo. In the meantime, I will just use MSN. Don't really need the **** you keep changing and throwing at us.

There is no nice way to say this. Yahoo Mail is awful.
The contacts list is practically unusable. Names appear twice, once with email address, once with telephone number. There is no way to select contacts for bulk treatment. Lists are cumbersome and unintuitive.
Yahoo somehow imported all the email addresses from all the email accounts on my computer. I don't even know how this is possible, but it looks like a serious breach. And no way to cull the list.
My resolution for 2021 -- quit Yahoo as soon as possible.147th ranked -
Stop with the pop up asking me to disable the Ad blocker that I do not have on my PC.
I do not have Ad blocker installed on my PC and I even tried to disable Kaspersky protection on the browser, but your email system constantly pop up the stop Ad blocker message and your on line help information is useless. You better to figure out how to show your Ads properly or provide decent instruction for your user. The pop up is very annoying, which may force me to stop using Yahoo mail.

Putting adverts in my inbox disguised as a new email? Clicking on it opens a new tab to the advertiser?! REALLY!!?? STOP IT!!!
Simple idea... roll back that diabolical advertising idea, sack whoever came up with that and advertise in a banner or sidebar. STOP this ASAP. I'd rather wait 15 seconds or ditch this account altogether.

The old Yahoo email easily allowed for selecting an email in a different tab where the selected emails could be opened after selecting all of them where only the important emails could then be conveniently reviewed.

bulk email feature
Add a new feature that allow users to remove emails by bulk. I have 60,000 emails that i'll never read. I can only delete like 100 emails at a time in a section.

Why do I constantly get spam from yahoo groups in my email and I can't block them?
Have a way to block any address from "yahoo groups" who constantly send SPAM and haven't been able to block them. It's SPAM if I haven't ordered it, asked for it or even desired to remotely look at it. Some days I get as many as ten emails from different "yahoo groups" that I want nothing to do with. Why is Yahoo selling my address to these scum I don't remember giving you permission to give my email address to your "yahoo groups". It makes me want to leave Yahoo because you can't protect my email from spam generated by…

Remove ad blocker message
Get rid of the ******* ad blocker message which makes me wait 15 seconds to view my inbox. I will not disable my adblocker from your site since it protects me from the numerous malicious ads on your site. If this is not removed, I will just resume my email from another service. Yahoo is failing, we all know it, you need everything on your side to keep it alive.

Yahoo email sucks.
I had to change my password, and then when I tried to log in on another device, I had to change it again. This went on about 5 times. Then when I want to contact you for help I will get charged unless I want to read pages of something that probably won't even help me? I don't like GMail, but maybe my friends are right - maybe it's time to say bye bye to Yahoo email.

Everything is in fonts now...even this page of your website - and everything is in bold. It's happening to friends w/different computers
can't tell which emails are new vs. read because everything is bold and italic. Even what I am typing to you now and everything on this page is in bold italics.

Hi. earlier today, I have contacted Yahoo support. I can not access my other account (hb.golnaz@yahoo.com) since I don't remember my password and couldn't answer the second security question.
It was really annoying not to become a specific answer or any help in this regard.
