Offer a "Group by Date" TURN OFF option.
On accounts where emails are minimal, the date headers are an eyesore. We need an option to turn it off (like group by conversation).
Searching online to see how to disable it, I see many users who do not want grouping by Date. Please make it optional.147th ranked -

stop forcing us to disable ad block
I have had my yahoo account since 2004. I have only seen the yahoo mail service continue to worsen and the only reason I kept it previously was because I had assigned important contacts and subscriptions to it in the past. But rather than attempt to keep longstanding users, or even reward them, we are instead punished for using adblock. Having used yahoo mail in the past without adblock I can say that the user experience was terrible and very intrusive. Showing pictures or loading scripts automatically is a known vulnerabilty that can be used by a malious party to check if an email is still active or not.

Allow my adjusting it to screen size.
It's one size fits all design is unsatisfactory. I have a 17-inch screen and I cannot view the entire Yahoo Mail page at one time. I must view left to right on every line. I cannot take that much time to read Emails. I can see it all at one glance on my smartphone though. Get it right.

for the last six days, i have been asked to verify my account every time I try to login to my yahoo emails with a phone call that gives me a 6 digit number to enter.

I have an add blocker for protection and you have put in a 60 second countdown because I block adds That's illegal { it's an add placed there by Yahoo without my permission}. If you can play with my mail access who else can get in and have a play around.

You should make the text size more easily changed. Mine changed to a larger size somehow by itself and now I cannot figure out how to shink it again to the original size.

Beste Yahoo,
Zou er iets gedaan kunnen worden met de wijze van kijken naar mijn inbox. Ik moet iedere keer via een sms code inloggen. Ik krijg daarna minstens 1 extra mail dat 'iemand' op mijn mail heeft ingelogd en of ik het ben.
Verder moet ik om de haverklap 15 seconden wachten omdat Yahoo vindt dat ik de advertentie block moet afhalen. Doe ik dat niet dan wordt ik steeds 'gestraft' met de 15 seconden wachttijd.
Al deze blockades zijn lastig als je even in je mailbox wilt kijken. Ze worden ook niet ingezet bij andere mailbox aanbieders zoals…
