   Asking people to turn off adblock or sit through a 15 second window is a quick way to force those users off the platform for good. If this is the intended action, ignore this feedback. If not, perhaps there are other ways to get people actively involved in additional features yahoo could provide to those who are willing to sit through ads.

6. Reverse all the canges of the past 3+ years and make Yahoo Mail waht it once was.

   First Yahoo decided that Yahoo Groups should disappear. Then Yahoo introduced the "new and improved" mail. It wasn't much to get excited about. Then Yahoo decided that those nasty ad blockers had to go because everyone chose to block ads. I forwarded all my email to my Gmail account. Problem solved. Today I get a message that as of 1/1/21 I will have to pay upgrade to Yahoo mail Pro to let the forwarding continue. WHY IS YAHOO MAIL INTENTIONALLY TRYING, WITH EVERY FIBER OF IT'S BEING, TO DRIVE LOYAL, LONG-TIME USERS AWAY? IN MY CASE, SOMEWHERE IN EXCESS OF 17 YEARS. i OUGHT TO GET A REWARD FOR PUTTING UP WITH ALL THIS C**P, NOT A BILL.

    I'd probably use Currently mail more...but when signing on...i sometimes get Yahoo...sometimes get direcTV...sometimes get ATT........

11. I use Thunderbird. I have deleted my account and restarted it 3 times. I just got another email I need to do it again.

    I will switch to another email if I cannot use Thunderbird. I have deleted and restart my account 3 times I am not doing it four times, it is not working. If you restrict Thunderbird I will be forced to switch emails.

16. Make the process of reporting Phishing Attacks easier.

    I'm not sure which version of Yahoo mail I currently use. I know it is not Yahoo mail Pro. Today I was unable to locate or initiate the process in which to report an attempted phishing attack via my email inbox. I tried using the HELP buttons and also by searching with the additional page it brought me to with no avail. Next I searched the web and tried to implement those suggestions. However, my email home page did not correlate with the advice that was given. It did not have the necessary buttons or tabs that were recommended to click on nor the corresponding vocabulary. I never found an answer to my issue. I did stumble upon an email address that I could FWD the suspect email to, so I did. I FWD it to the Anti-Phishing Working Group at reportphishing@apwg.org and asked them for help. I just couldn't believe that as big as Yahoo is and as frequent an issue that I'm sure Phishing can be, that there was not an easily recognizable/useable system in place already.
    
    My suggestion is to please make and install an adequately sized button or tab that is dedicated solely for "Report Phishing" available on all Yahoo mail main screens across all versions of Yahoo mail. Also include "Report Phishing Attack" as an additional option to the pop-up window when you right click on the suspected email. Easy Fix. Is there something similar to what I've mentioned in place already and I just somehow missed it? I honestly checked very thoroughly and could not find what I was looking for.     Yahoo mail new interface lacks any facility for reporting phishing attacks and other fraud attempts. Yahoo's security support pages also lack this feature. I was able to forward one of the many such emails I receive to an address but received no reply.
    This is disturbing as it is well-known that Yahoo's customers have had their addresses and passwords stolen and are thus more liable to these attacks. The impression users get is that Yahoo is not interested in supporting them against these attacks. We need a way for Yahoo mail to block certain domains completely; simple spam filters are not sufficient, the senders need their product rejected.
    I am now regularly receiving phishing emails that are able to bypass the spam filters anyway no matter how many times I identify them to the spam filter. They appear to use some sort of random gibberish in the sender, subject and body fields and gain access to my inbox with legitimate mail.
    Is yahoo prepared to offer some kind of support against these attacks? I must assume not since the report phishing feature has actually disappeared.
