  1. YEAH TO AOL!

    I just got an email from AOL. "If you don't sign in to your ******@aol.com account in the next __ days, you're account will be closed." (It wasn't s a scam. It was real. I never use that account)

    Isn't that nice of them.

    Why can't Yahoo do the same thing? It's really not that hard to take care of your customer's precious memories.

  2. Create the ability to block a spam email sender, based on username only (independent of domain) to clean up SPAM folder.

    I get a ton of emails from specific usernames, who use a random domain name. These correctly get routed to SPAM by Yahoo, but it fills up the SPAM folder--making it harder to peruse that folder for valid emails which incorrectly get routed there. Blocking by specific username@domain name and by the domain name only doesn't work, since domain changes every time these SPAM emails are generated. Setting up a filter on username only (without domain) to route to trash doesn't work either because filters don't work on emails that Yahoo thinks are SPAM and routes to that folder.

  3. categories

    Yahoo must update the email and add categories/tags/labels, etc. Additional information to filter out emails. The inbox is cumbersome, and the searching function is terrible. The app is better than the site. Come on, Yahoo, let's get it together.

  4. cannot see all contacts

    I cannot see all my contacts. if i type in a search i see ones that fit, but cannot look at full list of contacts. PLEASE fix

  5. Blocked Domains

    I have been adding blocked sender domains since switching to Yahoo Pro, and an email domain I have listed to blocked, still came through. This is the first instance of an email domain not being blocked. I will continue to keep track. If I get a few more spam emails coming through that I have listed as blocked, I will be canceling my Pro membership and it is not working properly and therefore not worth the expense for something that is not working.

  7. Fix the "group by conversation" email UI!

    When I turned view emails by "group by conversations" several issues come up including:
    - Reply emails show up at the bottom of ALL new emails (including very long emails). This should be either on the top or return to the original functionality which is to create a new tab.
    - No longer able to sort by sender, subject etc.

    I never even knew this "site" existed until now due to searching for why I am losing emails for some unknown reason.

    The ranking for feedback seem like they would be more important to end users than the ranking itself indicates.. At least to me anyway..

  11. Security breach: 2-FA message flaws

    Please include "No one can ask you for this security code, this is only for you. Hang up if someone is asking for it right away" to your 2-FA texts. It can save people and you from effing phishing efforts thru phone calls pretending to be from Yahoo security. Just happened to me and it was convincing as ****. Thanks.

  13. Emails have lost their formatting

    For some reason, I can no longer have paragraphs in my outgoing mail. Instead, it is just one long message without separation. Is there a reconfiguration change or a fix?

  17. Sent emails disappearing. Critical bug. Please fix.

    I am having messages that I sent disappear. Example: I send an email: someone else response to me. I have email response and I see quoted at the bottom of the incoming message my original message. However my original message is not in my sent folder and not in the thread. If this continues we'll need to switch providers after 20+ years

  18. Impossible to turn off SPAM filter

    Even after marking an email as Not SPAM and then creating a filter that will put emails from this sender to a certain folder, the SPAM filter will often mark future emails from this sender as SPAM. Should be easy to find this bug and fix it. So please do so. Thanks.

    All of my email is flowing directly into spam and being mysteriously deleted. Please help! I have removed all filters then inserted very generic new ones that should prevent anything from be labeled as spam, however it is still happening.
