    Make it an option to have a text verification sent when suspicious activity is detected in an account. Not just sending an email. In 20mins I lost all my social media accounts when my email account was hacked by someone in Nigeria. If I had been able to catch it sooner I could of prevented a lot, but I don’t constantly check my email.

    Dear Sir:

    I am having such a hard time with all of my accounts, exception of Hotmail (outlook), when it comes to passwords. It seems like each time I have entered my password, it states that I have the wrong password, even though after I issue a new password, not that I wanted to in the first place, it states that I have done so successfully.

  5. Fix account recovery verification

    ENOUGH with the looping BS. Foir account recovery email we are sent a code, we enter that code from the recovery email.

    Then we are sent to the recovery email to get the code authentication and bounced back and forth like this between the two **** emails just to get a notice in both "ACCOUNT HEALTH CHECK" 1 issue found dealing with adding the Recovery Email, and then told to add the other email as the recovery email for the previous and back and forth in an endless LOOP!!!!!!!!!

  6. Do not pre-populate passwords on mail

    Suddenly my email passwords are pre-populated on my accounts at login. It was not that way before and this is not secure! How to get it back so that I am the one to populate passwords?? Help pages are of no assistance on this issue.

    I opened my mail after some time.. I had password issues, so i used forget password and created new password

  16. Account Security>Access &Security>Device Notifications---Unable to Manage Devices

    When I go to this section, it lists 2 Phones, each with their own toggle. There is no way to accurately list the devices that are actually used. When I toggle off any one device, there is no indication what device was paired with it. Yes, the Recent Activity tab lists as such, but there should be a way on the Device Notifications tab on the Access & Security page, to actually manage each device I chose to use. i want to remove 1 device from the option, how could i remove , please respond
