  2. Stronger spam filter is needed

    One of my old email addresses was so corrupted by spam bombing in the inbox that I had to stop using it and removed all accounts with that email address. Now a few more spam emails are starting to escape into the inbox of my other email address and its obvious to me at first glance that it is spam. I keep sending it to spam but I keep getting them. I am worried that in time I too will have this inbox with spam that escaped the spam filters. It will ruin my accounts if they get into any…

Is there a way to pre-notify yahoo the new or different devices information to keep security in the loop on this new device information and avoid possible security issues a new or different account trusted user device in shipping transit??

  4. Censorship

    Why do you allow people to post the term "***********" ? It goes against your own guidelines! I understand the fact that your company is a private identity! However when you allow extremists to post and censor posts that go the other way, it rips your guidelines to shreds! I know, you just don't care and you have an agenda!

  8. Someone removed my account. Can I only get help from your paid service?

    For those whose accounts are taken over by a malicious 3rd party, it only adds pain to the insult by only getting customer support if you now have to pay for help. That seems like a penalty, and not a benefit. I think the exploit changed my email address to another address and the actor then deleted my account, and Yahoo says it can't access the account with automated services. I don't think it is fair.

  16. Cannot use this platform whatsoever

    You request help and it sends you in a loop of trying to help yourself with things that dont help at all, theres no way to call or email without paying them even if you have been using it for over 15 years, theres no way to recover an account because you can't talk to anyone and if you want to talk to someone you have to pay but to pay you have to sign in which you can't do because the whole reason you need to talk to them is to be able to log in.   20. Ability to report 'recovery' emails that are not yours?!

    I had to remove two emails from my account that were somehow linked without my permission.

    I recommend people check their recovery emails for people trying to abuse the recovery system to get access to your account. I tried reporting it but this whole you need Yahoo+ to even report potential hacks is bull.
