  4. Two Factor Authentication

    I am currently - for a while - unable to receive texts on my cell phone. The carrier and others are unable to help and not sure why. It would be nice if there was an option to receive a phone call with the security code for two-factor authentication as well; like Google provides.

    2 step authentication is preventing Yahoo mail from working on iPhone. When I turn it off from my PC, it works again on iPhone. Suggest you fix this!

  7. I am sick of signing in to my mail.

    2 factor sign in is stupid and wastes my time. I want to disable it. My computer remembers my log- ins but your stupid verification makes that mute. 2 factor was forced on me, I Don't Want IT!

  8. allow the 2 step verification to access locked account. I lost my Lainy61 account because i changed my phone number, but 2step verify failed

    when I attempted to access my account , I wasnt given ability to use 2 step verification from a google account. Make it easier to verify, because there is no way to get Yahoo assistance without paying for it.

  12. Honestly, is it really that hard to ensure that e-mails are available on all normal platforms, including Outlook and Apple?

    Repeated problems accessing mail on 3rd party platforms, insufficient and inconsistent messaging. This is unbelievably incompetent.

    Drop the CENSORSHIP lunacy you made a part of Yahoo .I am more than a little uncomfortable having two SS Officers standing guard outside my windows and door after you disagreed with a comment I submitted. Of course, if Yahoo prefers it's censorship, just move to Moscow, Russia and invade Moldova !

  19. The option to simply change a password (since SEVERAL password compromises have happened with Yahoo!) should be an immediate option!!!

    I don't necessarily want to do the 2-Step Process, but I would like to change my password. One of my credit cards alerts me when anything has been "compromised" and it has ALWAYS been Yahoo!!! The next step will be to get rid of this account - and not look back.
