My ymail was just hacked and thankfully I got back into it and that was the number one thing I think would be the most useful measure to make sure the rightful owner can get back their account.

  20. How about more vigilance with spam and phishing emails. My yahoo account was compromised 30 times in 2 years. 26 ARE THROUGH YAHOO MAIL!
