i deleted a phone number in my recover account section and it deleted it in my setting but it is still a option when i go to recover my email this needs to be fixed i dont want my old number linked to my account any more

Unable to delete old recovery Email, Account security risk!
Hi, I searched the UserVoice section and I've found several topics concerning the same issue which they are not able to delete their old recovery Emails. But Yahoo moderators just locked their issues without even a SINGLE comment to guide others with the same problem.
Even I can not vote for them!I had a self-hosted Email set as a recovery email 8 years ago. Now I don't have that domain anymore and anyone else could have bought it until now, and each moment they can HACK my yahoo account.

i dont believe i should have to call a paid number to just change my phone number on my account, because i cant access the old number

Logging out
Why yahoo.com is not logged out of after signing out of account. Every time I login and check recent activity. I am still sign in several times from previous visits. How can I make sure I am completely signed out after each visit?

Account Key verification malfunction
Yahoo sign-in on computer says authentic Account Key obtained on my mobile Yahoo account -- is invalid. This did NOT happen earlier, but has happened consistently for last month. I think the Account Key system is compromised.

Verification code doesn't work; seems as if yahoo has decided I must resort to text.
Verification code YAHOO sent doesn't work; only viable alternative is send text. Seems corrupt that YOUR code will only work if you send a text.

Please improve account security
My friend let me know that my account was hacked. She received an email with my name as a sender, however different email address:
clara.doceur@paris-belleville.archi.fr (sip@iinet.net.au). My friend said it wasn't first time she got some rubbish with my name on it. It`s disgrace. I am considering to switch on diffident email services -

I just found by looking at activity on my account it has been signed in ALL OVER THE PLANET... yet "no security issues found" amazing!
Actually higher someone who knows what the word security actually means and what should be done when an ACCOUNT is compromised! Useless much?

managing notifications is not available anymore to stop emails sent to recovery email address
The steps documented to turn-off Notifications are not available anymore. This is what I found on Yahoo Help website
Turn notifications on or off from the Yahoo Mail app
Tap the Profile icon.
Tap Notifications.
Tap to enable or disable notifications for All messages & features or Just the categories I choose.If you select Just the categories I choose, tap the toggles to enable the types of notifications you’d like to receive.
But when I clicked my profile, the "Notifications" tab or sub-menu are not showing anymore so I cannot turn off
