    Let somebody change the recovery email or phone number you should not have to do that through the customer care and pay for it it can be verified very simply on their new phone number so I don't know why it's being charged this is unbelievable some people like me can't afford to pay customer care in my resume is on there and I'm trying to find a job and got laid off of my other one but you want to charge me to get into my Yahoo it's unbelievable and it's disgraceful

  2. STOP ASKING ME FOR 2-STEP VERFICATION!!!!!!!!! If I wanted it, I'd set it up. This is the 2nd time this month you've forced it anyway!

    You have multiple people and votes telling to to STOP this 2-factor ID when when we have it selected as off. This is the second time this month that you've forced a 2-factor ID on me and I have NEVER had 2-factor ID turned on. I've verified it's off each time, and it always is. On top of this STOP asking me to use my phone # as a back up, if I'd wanted that to be my back up access method, I'd have set it up that way. Quit nagging and BACK OFF on verification!   5. Please stop opening the security page everytime I log into my email. I click on the email button so I can be taken straight to my emails.

    If you want to check someones security send a text message were we can say yes it is me or the same way the access key pops up. Have something like that pop up to check security. Because when I click the mail tab and put in my info. I want to be able to go straight to my email.

  12. "We can't sign you in right now" pop-up each time.

    i keep getting "We can't sign you in right now" pop-up each time I try to sign into my Yahoo account. Then, it tells me to wait for 60 minutes before trying again.
    I have changed my password twice and enabled 2-step verification, but the above keeps happening.
    Tried getting help from Yahoo Help Central - Support, but it keeps looping back to the original page and does not work.
    Now thinking of moving my emails elsewhere and closing Yahoo account.

  15. Don't block login on a new mobile device!

    Hi
    I just got my brand new smartphone. The worst app to set up is yahoo. Why would you just goa head and block my login attempt, telling me toe come back in an hour with the same device? It's a fantasy sports app, not an ebanking app - and even my ebanking apps are easier to set up. This is beyond ridiculous!
