You need to allow annual billing for your services
You need to allow annual bill payment for your services. It definitely would be less expensive for you (Only 1 transaction fee to pay instead of 12) This would accommodate people that do not authorize automatic billing

Unable to delete old recovery Email, Account security risk!
Hi, I searched Uservoice Section and I've found several topics concerning the same Issue which they are not able to delete their old recovery Emails. But Yahoo Moderators Just Lock their Issue without even a single comment to guide others with the same problem.
I had A self-hosted Email set as a recovery email 8 years ago. Now I don't have that domain anymore and anyone else could have bought it until now, and each moment they can HACK my yahoo account.
I'm trying to delete those emails for 3 years and Yahoo still hasn't solved this issue in 3… -

I am asked to verify folder names, which I don't recall if I have any, but not specific email correspondence... which I could do.
Ask people to provide specific email correspondance for veficaiton
~at least one bank
~three email address of unrelated names
~one or two retail sitesQuestions could be set up similar to a credit website, allowing people to select the correct answer out of A, B, C or D
