To change the sending name in Yahoo Mail, please follow these instructions:

Please note: Some third-party apps have their own sending name setting, which bypasses the Yahoo Mail setting. If the app you're using attaches a different name than the one saved in your Yahoo Mail settings, contact the manufacturer of the app for assistance.

    There is no way to change my password. I've been round the help time and again. Can you sort it please, this is not acceptable.

    Allow me to change my password even though Key is activated. Our passwords can still get stolen. Yes, i have been able to just deny sign in but i rather just change my password.

    I got married and can't change my last name says is not a real name. How in the **** is Coons not a real name fix it.

    I went to put in password and the place to input password does not show up. It causes me to change a password again and again and my mail program will not work for Yahoo on my surface pro. The change easily worls on all apple products .

    i have the same issue. In "account info" it shows "Dora T" but when an email arrives to someone it actually says a totally different thing, it is absolutely necessary that it is changed to "Dora T" however! Please someone react

    Why is it so difficult to change my password. Somebody is trying to sign in on my account and I cannot find the password reset. I signed into my security page and cannot find the password change button. Very Irritating.

    WHY ARE THERE SO MANY PEOPLE WHO TRY TO CHANGE THEIR NAME AND IT STILL SENDS OUT EMAILS WITHOUT THE CHANGES MADE IN BOTH SETTINGS?!?!?!?!

    I have changed both my first, last name & nickname. Then I learned, he settings in yahoo mail, more settings, mailboxes and changing the sending name- then i did that. EVERYTHING has been changed to the COMPANY NAME. So WHY are my customers still receiving emails from MY FIRST AND LAST NAME that I used when I FIRST created this email?!

    CAN SOMEONE HELP ME CHANGE MY SENDING NAME PERMANENTLY?!
