When I created email account, I put in my name with phonetic characters which I later found out Yahoo software cannot recognise so now, whenever I am sending an email, half of my displayed name are special characters which didn't change even after I changed my name in my account information. Because Yahoo cannot be contacted about this issue without paying for extra support, I have not other way than posting it here. There's also my nickname I have not been using in many years and yet my email still shows under that nickname. Yahoo should update your software

This is what i found:
Go to Manage Account Key
Manage which devices and apps you use for Account Key or turn off Account Key and use your password to sign in.then you can change your password

When we change/update the name under our email/account, actually UPDATE IT & SAVE IT. Drafts get automatically saved, WHY doesn't our name get SAVED when we update it?! I still have the name from over a decade ago show on the emails I send messages to show up on the email INSTEAD of the name I updated it to 10+ years ago. Have our name of our email actually be what we update it to. Not the name people think is under the email.

Ummmm....to change my password I used to just go to acct info and there it was..."change password" now there is a whole bunch of ******** on the page, but I don't see where to do that simple thing.. I know some people have to justify their value to the company, but sometimes it's best to leave **** alone. You're killing me.

Why is everything function harder on Yahoo than on gmail?
All I want to do is change my password. Why do I have to read pages of instructions.
While we're at it, why isn't there a SEND prompt at the top of the email page as well as at the bottom?
