  6. Make the help pages accurate

    There is no point having help say when I want to change my phone number, "Clck Edit" when there is no such thing on the screen. There is also no point saying that my phone number is verfied when it does not turn up as an option.

  14. Account Activity - Connected Devices Flag

    I have noticed checked "Recent Activity" sidebar, then opened "Connected Devices" . . . and was surprised to find my web browser was listed and was still connected from about a week ago and also from two weeks ago, though I sign-out every time after use.

    May I dare suggest to Yahoo a couple solutions:

    • A Red Flag Notification pops up to advice when my device/browser is still connected after say a period of 12 or 24 hours.

    • Automatically sign-out of a User's Account after 12 or 24 hours to preclude the User's web browser from remaining connected…

    your system claims to send a code to my iPhone, but I don't receive it. It states it sent to an iPhone 11, but i upgraded some time ago to an iPhone 13, but still the ph number is not changed, so I think there is an error with your system of verification.

  18. Allow me to send issues to you without having to sign up for PAID MONTHLY support

    I am currently required to CONSTANTLY login to my Yahoo accounts (through the account prompt for userid/password) in Outlook, even though I have the app password feature setup for them. This just started a week ago and it is super annoying. However, what is even more annoying is that I cannot contact anyone to even report this problem. The only option seems to be to pay $5 PER MONTH to get any attention to this. I don't see any value for paying this much every month for an occasional issue that is clearly something caused by Yahoo.
