Your service lately is very poor, Customer Service sucks. I have been with you over 30 years and never had the ******** i am going thru now.
you guys are losing customers at a alarming rate, if you want to lose a few more just keep your customer servicer just as is. And to get any help it will cost you money for nothing, i think CS messes up your accounts just so you have to pay them to fix it. 30 years and no problems until this year

Allow me to remove the device authenticator
I change my own password in my phone app and because it wanted that verification or my other email that is linked to this one verification I could not sign in and was scared i lost my account. I wasn't signed in anywhere but it kept saying I was.

Please help : two days ago I had control of bnbhess@yahoo, icecreambon@yahoo.com, rehess@yahoo.com, several of these 10 to 20 years with no problems, now I lose all accounts in a couple of hours on a regular basis. Of course I can't read your response to my incident report with no email except the new one I just opened reandblhess@yahoo that is brand new. I can't go on this way. HELP

Not able to verify recovery email
Not able to verify recovery email after I log out to log in other account to get the verification number. Only option if I log out then log back in is to Delete the recovery numbers and emails, why can't we verify it/them AFTER we get them in the other account? It even says under the 1 minute countdown an option to "verify later." WHY is the ONLY option to delete them?

Come on. This is important. I need the facility to generate an App password so i can send email alerts from my server to my yahoo mail account. If i cant do this ill just close my Yahoo acount and go with Gmail. Its up to you Yahoo.

recovery email can't be updated
The list of my recovery emails shows a work email, for a company I left over 7 years ago. I am not allowed to remove it. I should be able to update information about my account at any time.

My email seems to have been hacked & all of the people I email also on yahoo.
My email seems to have been hacked & all of the people I email also on yahoo. I could not access any of my contacts in the address bar on cc anyone. I did just buy a house & that is the newest contact information I've given out. I'd lay money on it being one of the people involved in the banks, loans, agencies, etc.

This is your Yahoo account username, so it can't be removed.Why? I'm not there anymore. LET ME REMOVE IT! And put a space after your field names..."StatusVerified" is not a word and should be "Status Verified". C'mon, Yahoo!
