  3. I am getting lots of spam on a daily basis. I am spaming emails and i get them back the next day.

    Something needs to be done with the amount of spam i am getting daily. Yahoo should be doing a better job.

    My account was hacked and I want to log the hacker out of my account. I changed my password, but the hacker is still logged into my account and send emails form my account.

    Yahoo thinks I still have my old phone model and uses this as a 2-step contact. The ability to change this is not easily found or apparent in the add phone number section.

    Why is yahoo requesting me to change my password every week, it seems. It is almost as if someone is changing my password behind the scenes and I can't get into my own account. Then, on one screen it is asking if I want to send the code to an email to an email address that I already deleted from the profile. Later, when I got back into my yahoo email, I did not see that email account that I already deleted, but just a few minutes ago, it was just showing up an an email associated for security purposes.…

    Yahoo, this issue has persisted for MONTHS.
    Why are you not able to fix it, it materially erodes our ability to use your platform effectively using Outlook and other desktop apps?

    Every time I call, I receive "sorry that we can't access your account, please try to log in again"
    No solutions are provided and your people act like a bot.
