    It does not appear that Management reads the customer issues and if they do they communication of the rationale of why they are not being addressed is unacceptably poor service

  6. Account recovery methods

    Before my changing "my recover email", I had two emails, both them were wrong. But yahoo mail only let me changed the wrong gmail address and the other email address (huashengtax@gmail.com) is not mine and I am not able to remove it.

    Please help to remove the email address: huashengtax@gmail.com, which is someone else's.

    Suddenly this morning unable to login from yahoo email app in android device,and in laptop from chrome browser and mozila browser. Keeps taking me to security check,which says verified but gives error message unable to log you in.Why?

  10. Your Spam Filter is ****

    It sends messages from regular senders and subscriptions to the Spam folder, and let's through messages that a four-year old can say are spam - with special characters in the title, weird spaces, all lower case, words like "you are a winner!". You need to improve this or you will lose the last few relics like me who still use Yahoo mail,

  12. I cannot get into my fantasy football lineup as I’ve been a loyal yahoo member since 1996. This really needs to be fixed, my ipad is 2015.

    I really need to change my line up through my yahoo email. It will not let me get to my fantasy football page, a league I’ve been in since 2008. What happened from Sunday, October 9th till today. This really needs to be fixed. My iPad isn’t that old…..thanks.

  14. HELP WITH ATTORNEY GENERAL NEEDED

    I used to have internet essentials until June/July 2021, it was with Comcast.net. I do not have enough words to express my satisfaction with Comcast. I was working with DOJ until then. Then Xfinity came. They asked me to change my gateway (box), and they gave me a new password for my laptop. That change destroyed my home office - Brother MFC (including fax, scanning, and copying). I am able to work with four languages (Bulgarian native; German (more than 20 years of experience) and English (now main language). I developed deep hearing loss after a so called doctor put…

  19. Don't combine two emails into one account, give members the option. I had two separate emails for a reason, Yahoo combined them.

    Two separate emails - that way you don't have to chose which email you are sending an email from. Has caused problems with private emails.
