2. Please listen to everyone. I have had a hacker on my mac for 8 years. He's torn computers up & printer at night, stolen identity, thousands.

   BOA has a fraud section that Jeremy Dorn of Austin,Tx volunteers to check. He's putting fake statements on cards, he put many on mine, and Paypal which I don't ever do, thousands and I was the one who figured it out He's made at me for telling, which e everyone knew but afraid to tell. I did, I believe in honesty & he's been lying, cheating and stealing all his life. Now he wants to kill me and he's breaching into all my accounts and I can't use my computer. The law won't do anything about him, he does what he wants, and he started putting fake bills on the att accounts too. I caught them also. And, Pottery Barn, Patriotic stuff, apple.com and anything he can get away with. I have the proof, I have the crossed out statements and everything to prove he can go to prison but BOA I believe is in on it because they have HIS people working in the bank and Dorn is also paying them. It's getting to be so big that it will be difficult to take it down. They check the BOA statements out in Scottsdale, AZ and the BOA bled is right there and this idiot used to yell out my charge card number to anyone who would write it down and order something from the store or catalog. A group of girls don't like Dorn much so they told me a few things about him. He said he's going to come to my house and 'get' me. I told him to 'come on down.' He'll never leave once he enters my home illegally.

4. Send a text

   Make it an option to have a text verification sent when suspicious activity is detected in an account. Not just sending an email. In 20mins I lost all my social media accounts when my email account was hacked by someone in Nigeria. If I had been able to catch it sooner I could of prevented a lot, but I don’t constantly check my email.

5. having on going problem opening yahoo mail page for some silly reason why only yahoo

   no matter how many thing i try been having on going issues with open yahoo page to log in to my email, all other pages searches work fine.

11. Ask team staff to listen, read, and respond immediately to customer help information request

    Dear Sir:

    I am having such a hard time with all of my accounts, exception of Hotmail (outlook), when it comes to passwords. It seems like each time I have entered my password, it states that I have the wrong password, even though after I issue a new password, not that I wanted to in the first place, it states that I have done so successfully.

    When and after I update the screen that appears after getting a successful notation, you would think I was okay. Then, when I go to sign in, it says again, wrong password. The entire time since I have had Google and Yahoo and Hotmail, I have had the same password, for years. In the past several years though, and it could be because of staff changes or work from home issues, I have been having problems using my Yahoo and Google accounts. Codes and verification from servers and devices, computer and phone, don't come in on time, or don't come in at all, when you only have so much time to fill in the blanks, so that you can continue on. My journal is almost running out of pages, from where I logged my today's information of activities, since I have had to change passwords over and over again.

    You have to imagine doing what I am doing from my home, answering calls, working with the grandchildren, letting the animals in and out to do their business, and then still wait for my message to come up on the screen, so I can do another password change. It should not have to be that way. Most of the time, I don't even see messages come up within the due time for me to do the verification or code request from my cell phone device or computer. Something needs to be changed.

    When I use to check Google's password manager, I would check to see what their passwords are for my accounts. I depend on this, but it does not show the new password I created, even though I updated the account. Staff team talks need to be made so that your customers are satisfied, and don't start putting negative notes out there for others to comment or make a review on. I know you are one of the server Gods' out there, but if you get a lot of cancellations from customers because of inadequate service, but then, who knows.

    I have also cancelled out a cell phone number I have, ending in 4178, and still that number showed up today, when you asked me to choose one of the list below to send a verification code to. The technical staff team is falling asleep when it comes to updating one's account.

    I will attempt to change my password one more time today, and then if it doesn't work for the next time, I will have to make other choices. My time is very important to me. If you can, have me get into my mail without a password, that will work, only for a while. I am old school, and need to have a password that works all the time, until I decide to change it.

    Please get back with a reply. I want a live message, not a page where I have to do something myself. That does not work according to you.

    ENOUGH with the looping BS. Foir account recovery email we are sent a code, we enter that code from the recovery email.

    Then we are sent to the recovery email to get the code authentication and bounced back and forth like this between the two **** emails just to get a notice in both "ACCOUNT HEALTH CHECK" 1 issue found dealing with adding the Recovery Email, and then told to add the other email as the recovery email for the previous and back and forth in an endless LOOP!!!!!!!!!

    And to get you guys and gals to fix it, we have to pay for more features including just a basic customer service to fix this problem despite you are paid through all the **** ads we are shown and some of us have been with Yahoo since Yahoo literally BEGAN in 1994!

    Of course we have also had to change email account names and such ourselves because of "security breeches" on your end and you now can't even resolve something like this?

    No one in their right mind is going to pay for services when basic things like this are messed up and now you all go Zuckerberg on us. NOT cool.

    FIX IT NOW.

17. Do not pre-populate passwords on mail

    Suddenly my email passwords are pre-populated on my accounts at login. It was not that way before and this is not secure! How to get it back so that I am the one to populate passwords?? Help pages are of no assistance on this issue.

    I don't know if this is where I can offer my feedback on the new my yahoo home page or not but, I truly hate it. For one thing, it doesn't allow me to have personalized feeds like the old one. Many of the rs feeds I have lost because your cards don't carry their content. Another thing is that every so often, what I do have on my yahoo starting page changes positions and new cards are added arbitrarily forcing me to re-arrange what I want where I want it. I am sorry but this truly is a turn off for me who have been with you since 1999 at least. Change it back Please!!!!!
