Colors/Themes
I did not like the gray background of read e-mails. The unread ones should be bold black as they were previously and the read ones should be on a white or lighter background. It is currently very confusing...

There is no place to select a color theme any longer so I have to live with a grey inbox? I followed directions in Help and it said there would be color circles in Settings. There are none. I also was annoyed that you can't adjust the font size in Settings any longer. There is no Small Medium Large to choose from any longer.

Before y'all upgraded to the new version. Yahoo had background or backdrop themes, for all the yahoo users could choose from. And the one I have, that gives me peace of mind. While indulging in yahoo, is the African Indigenous Serengeti, Tanzania background. So, I don't mind the new functions, just want to keep the backdrop please.
Sincerely, Chef R. L. Washington -

I do not care for the New Yahoo Mail. Since the change, I am unable to change my theme colors (I hate the color purple), I do not like the complete white background, the dark mode is too dark. I am unable to send any type of files, and most important since the change I have lost important contacts, their names and email addresses are gone. My signature is now in black instead of a color, which is required by my department. As I am unable to hear, I am unable to use a phone. Yahoo needs to have some type of email support contact. The so Chat Bot cannot answer the questions I am asking. Yahoo email is looking more like Gmail, which I do not care for either. Hotmail has too many bugs in the system.
