Return to Classic Mail

Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

    Get the old yahoo mail back.

    Bring back the old look and feel. It is far more usable and there are more emails to view in any folder, plus losing the view of how meany unread emails are in each folder is intolerable.

    Stop shoving the "New Yahoo Mail" down my throat. I hated it. I don't want it, and I already opted to return to the old version. Still, I keep having to close down overlays and random ads where you keep trying to get me to try it. I already did (because I was forced to). Stop.

    Why bother changing the mail to look like every other mail system, if I wanted to use a mailing system that looked like that I'd swap to a competitor that does it better, Yahoo is different and thats why it's used...

    This new Yahoo Mail really is obscene. PLEASE go back to the way it was. Thinking strongly on changing to another email.

    This is not an improvement, it's a terrible layout, confusing. Doesn't give as much info on each email as the Classic did as it has a narrower place for the actual email. If I had wanted an update I would have done so on one of the annoyingly frequent times you have done this before. Not having the option to go back to the Classic mail is a lack of choice for your users. Who comes up with these ideas anyway, should fire them!!!

    I believe that you should be able to allow those of us that wish to stay on the old version continue to stay of this version of yahoo mail. I'm sure there are ways to run the new and old at the same time. There are no significant issues with the current version. I believe the Search function could use an update, but a UI update is a bit much at this time. All of the new things, you can provide an OPT in from the current version.

    I hate the new format and I resent the fact that it costs additionally to enable reversion to the previous format. I am looking for a way to close yahoo accounts.

    GO BACK TO THE OLD LAYOUT. NOBODY LIKES THIS NEW MAIL.YAHOO.COM INTERFACE. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO NAVIGATE. THE GROUP BY SENDER FUNCTION IS ****. EVERY THING - JUST ROLL IT BACK. IF IT'S NOT BROKE DON'T FIX IT. I CAN'T EVEN FIGURE OUT HOW TO CHANGE MINE BACK TO CLASSIC VIEW .. EVEN CHATGPT CAN'T FIGURE THIS **** OUT!!!!!

    Dear Yahoo,

    Your "New Yahoo Mail" is NOT user friendly for me. Maybe it's because I'm over 80 & frankly don't like change after I get use to a product. Since switching to your new format, I've had it freeze numerous times where I had to turn off my computer & restart; it's a pain in you know what!

    Hi, the three column layout makes using yahoo mail almost useless on a laptop. the entire right column isn't useful, but it has the effect of shortening the reading pane so that i have to scroll left to right to read a full email message.

    I am not impressed with the new Yahoo email. More specifically, I can't change the font of the email list. They are way too big and I can't multiple (more than emails like I did before. More than 5 or 6 plus have the view panel below my emails so I can glimpse at emails instead of opening them. As well, the view panel does not let me properly scroll down to view emails like before.

    The old view of the mailbox was more useful and better.
