Search by Sender - Just hover over the sender's profile image and a spyglass icon will appear where you can search all emails by that sender.
Well it works, but I suggest that if i am in my INBOX I would like to see only the mail in the INBOX and not my complete mailbox.
When I did a search for mail in TRASH I thought I was only deleting mail in TRASH and NOT delete all in mailbox. That causes me to ask for a recover of my mailbox, which put all mail from all folders into my INBOX. Searching to get specific email to delete and it pulls from all folders not JUST INBOX!

So ADD a way to only pull from INBOX or specific FOLDER, PLEASE!!
