Return to Classic Mail
Go back to the original Yahoo. This is terrible. Why do I have to click on the 3 dots on the bottom to get the Spam and Trash Folders. They should be on the top with the icons for inbox, etc.

New Yahoo Mail is not designed for small computer's window. It's too difficult to read, and some functions are less performant than in the older version (copy-paste of pictures...)
Please allow again the possibility to come back to classic version ! -

This version is completely useless. I'm having serious trouble selecting my unread emails. The short logos of email senders take up a lot of space. Those who try to switch back to the old version can't go back. Why didn't you ask me if I wanted the new version? I want the old version. Please!

The option to switch back to classic is no longer present. Classic was the best the new one is not fit for purpose. Give us the option to go back to classic.

I am keeping my email on yahoo, due to simplicity of its interface. It was fast and convenient. Now, you have made the changes that made it more difficult to find the required email in the list. Please keep the option of classic interface. Also please avoid copying google, especially with replies and forwards, you are good on your own.

The new view is hard to read & not able to have full view of the subject title without opening the email

The current look for the mail is too big compared to the old look which shows more of the list of emails received, the shortcuts for the buttons for move to folders are also missing

Here is an idea. Stop doing whatever it is you did to make Yahoo mail SOOO terrible!! Everything is glitchy, I can't scroll smoothly without it jumping around or items temporarily disappearing before it comes back not where you wanted to be. What is going on?? Are you trying to make it as horrible as possible to people are forced into buying what has been FREE for YEARS?! Because there are plenty of other free email hosting sites happy to have your lost business.

I detest how you have ruined Yahoo Mail. I have been a customer for over 30 years and it has never been so horrible, slow, sluggish, ridiculous to try to use. I am disgusted with you.

This new interface you all went to a while ago is a nightmare! I wish you would give the option to go back to the old version that was much easier to use and find things in. Please make that an option. I only check this account on my phone cause it is awful on a computer.

been with yahoo for ever, and the latest update has been the worst. Plus it lags so much that I prefer just to use gmail instead. mobile app is the same the worst update so far - you just made my productivity go down by 80%.

What is the thinking with this new email UI?
You've killed a lot of useful (low cost) features and made other ones impossible to find. Last week I have a bar at the top of my email view that let me automatically filter for starred emails or things like that. Now that bar is gone. OK. Can't find how to get it back. It's a pain ********** to get that filter and once you click on something, the filtering goes away so I have to turn it on again.
And there seem to be hundreds of other basic 1990's email staples that are just gone or hugely cumbersome.
Plus, what did I gain with this new release??? I see nothing new.

your new mail is unfriendly, unprofessional and just unsightly. It makes doing anything take longer than needed. I like the classic because I can see my mailboxes on the sidebar at all times, as well as 'inbox/drafts/sent' etc AND any folders that mailbox has AT A GLANCE. My biggest complaint is that now even the old yahoo mail no longer has the infinate scroll option (preferable to me over paging over). Give us the option, not trade for another.
The colored bar at the top is softening to the blaring white or black of the new mail layout, and far more friendly. The font is more pleasing as well.
If you want to stay relevent, give us what we ask for, not shoving changes down our throats we did not request, and are less efficient while taking away everything that made us stay with you in the first place. do not be afraid to be different than your competitors, it's the only way that you can stay relevant. BUT, if the main market is starting to look like your old platform... don't take that as a sign you're no longer relevant. You had something good, now you're just mucking it up.
Do yourselves a favor and google what people are saying about the new yahoo.

The new mail version is extremely frustrating to navigate and is ugly compared to the prior version. And now if I try to switch back to the old version, it takes me back to the first version ever created, which not only doesn't allow any appearance features but also doesn't allow me to hide the subfolders within the folders. Forcing a specific interface is pretty disappointing.
