Improve Windows Desktop performance (runs like a dog on multiple browser since rollout a couple of months ago)
Ever since you migrated the Yahoo Mail to a new Windows Desktop a couple of months ago, it has run like an absolute DOG!!! I can't imagine that others aren't reporting this to you.
I'm running on an HP EDGE laptop, Windows 11 Home Edition (with latest 25H2 and other updates):
11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz (2.80 GHz)
32.0 GB (31.8 GB usable) RAM
64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
I'm also running updated EDGE, Firefox and Chrome browsers. I've also tried this on Norton private browser and Duck-Duck-Go browser.
Problem: when migrating between folders, deleting emails or moving them to different folders, the browser session hangs for 20-30 seconds (at minimum). I've just taken to doing a browser refresh to get going again, but even after that, it sometimes takes another 20-30 seconds for a specific folder I was trying to get content from to reflect something other than "There are no messages in this folder".
Please let me know if you're aware of these performance problems that started with your new Windows desktop browser application. Also note that these problems are NOT present in your mobile Yahoo Application.
