To reduce the spam coming in,each spam message should be reported to the
Federal Trade Commission with a copy of the email header at spam@uce.gov
If there is too much to report,do 5 to 10 reports a day.

An example below on how to report spam messages,if there is a link or phone number in the spam message include it in the report.

Subject:Spam:[paste subject of spam email] or Unwanted Spam Message.

Maxime Zahra you can report the problem to Microsoft & they'll terminate the Hotmail account.Supply a copy of full header to abuse@Outlook.com

Anna Pine your spam folder is still working,it's just that the spammers didn't send any junk for 2 days or they needed this time to compromise more computers before they send more junk mail. Most spam mail is sent that way.

    Anonymous commented  ·

Anonymous never click unsubscribe from any spam mail you get, this will only make matters worse for you. You'll end up getting more junk mail because it will notifiy to the spammers they have a real live address.

Probably because they needed time to compromise some computers so that they
can send more junk mail.Just about all spam is sent this way from compromised computers.

I am wondering how you guys below ended up getting so much junk mail, did you do anything to make more of this spam to come in.How to limit junk coming in.These are also
ways you'd get more junk if these tips aren't followed.

► Never post email address anywhere online, spammers use email harvesting software to collect email addresses.

► Have images disabled, any embedded images displayed may trigger a notification to the spammers they have a real address.
•Yahoo does this automatically in spam folder.
•Gmail does not automatically block images in spam folder.

► Do not reply to any unknown junk mail senders.

► Do not click unsubscribe from any junk mail senders, this will tell them they have a real email address.

► Do not click on any hyperlinks in the message.

As a last resort, have you thought about deleting account & making a new one.

I checked a whois lookup on the first 6 addresses below,& no details were provided except that
the domain is available.Register this domain for $9.88

They must be buying domains for a limited time before they expire.
