Fix your censor bot!
This comment was rejected. No language, no attacks, nothing. If you are going to reject comments you HAVE too tell the commetor why. It will either help them to change how they comment or help your end to see the issues with the rejection of benign comments. I get about 10% of comments rejected and they aren't insulting, swearing, attacking anyone, etc.
"Oy.Personality test results can depend on mood, time of day and other factors.This is just a simplified Meyers Briggs bs test.I was all over the place on MB tests. Sometimes we would have them in the morning, first thing when I was ready to go and full of energy. Other times (we had them about once per year for fun and for the new people so the whole company would do it), the stupid testing would interrupt what was a good solid couple hours of highly focused work that I had to stop doing for the test.Some people that I know have seasonal affective disorder and depending on the time of year or even what the weather was for the days before - if all grey and cloudy / rainy or sunny and beautiful, their results changed too. Test people on a Friday a few hours before the day ends and their weekend begins and I bet the results are different for most people as compared to on a Tuesday afternoon.Just a test like that coming up on screen would make me mad but in an office environment I got along with everyone and all kinds of personality types.These tests are ridiculous. All it will do is make some people tell you what they think you want just so they can get past it while others might just end the application process out of frustration which means you might higher someone that lies about who they are while someone else that your business needed ends up moving on to another company that doesn't do this stuff."
