Yahoo's non-response to Ohtani's two-way game has made what should be one of the most fun players in the league to own into someone who loses his unique value, and whose hitting half is barely rosterable. Even if Ohtani hits well when he gets the chance, his schedule keeps him resting often enough that it's not very simple to justify using a roster spot on him, and it shouldn't be that way. He's one guy in real life, and should be one here too.

A fix absolutely could be coded. That Yahoo went forward with a two player model just shows there was no will or creativity to find a solution. It makes fantasy baseball on Yahoo less fun.
